Common path in-line holography using enhanced joint object reference digital interferometers.
Joint object reference digital interferometer (JORDI) is a recently developed system capable of recording holograms of various types [Opt. Lett. 38(22), 4719 (2013)]. Presented here is a new enhanced system design that is based on the previous JORDI. While the previous JORDI has been based purely on diffractive optical elements, displayed on spatial light modulators, the present design incorpor...

When it eventually dominates the image,we are in the regime of classical wave optics. A hologram is just a complicated interference pattern from which little information about the shape and...
متن کاملXUV digital in-line holography using high-order harmonics
A step towards a successful implementation of timeresolved digital in-line holography with extreme ultraviolet radiation is presented. Ultrashort XUV pulses are produced as high-order harmonics of a femtosecond laser and a Schwarzschild objective is used to focus harmonic radiation at 38 nm and to produce a strongly divergent reference beam for holographic recording. Experimental holograms of t...
متن کاملParticles Depth Detection using In-Line Digital Holography Configuration
Digital holography (DH) is the direct recording of the Fresnel or Fourier holograms using a CCD or CMOS camera and is considered as an alternative to the optical holography which uses a film or a plate involving wet-chemical or other processes. However, the poor pixel resolution of CCD or CMOS cameras as compared to that of holographic films gives poor depth resolution for images which in turn ...
متن کاملSingle channel in-line multimodal digital holography.
We present a new single channel in-line setup for holographic recording that can properly record various objects that cannot be recorded by the Gabor holographic method. This configuration allows the recording of holograms based on several modalities while addressing important issues of the original Gabor setup, including the well-known twin-image problem and the weak scattering condition.
